Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable for both private sessions and group classes.

Private Sessions:

Private Sessions: Payments must be made prior to the first session.

All scheduled private sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled session time. All cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours (2 days) of an appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $35. All cancellation fees must be paid in full prior to the next session being scheduled.

Private sessions must be completed within 3 months beginning on the date of their first session. If the sessions are not completed within this time, it will be at the discretion of In-Line K9 to determine if the reason for the delay was warranted.

Group Classes

You must contact In-Line K9 two weeks (14 days) prior to the group class start date to receive a full refund of the class. Group class payments must be made in full prior to the start date. No refunds will be provided after the start date of the class.

Because we are dedicated to maintaining small classes with plenty of one-on-one interaction, we are not able to accommodate cancellations. Cancellations with less than two weeks’ notice will not be refunded, so please plan carefully. We appreciate your cooperation to help keep our classes small and effective for you.
